How to enroll patients in the SPEVIGO Patient Support Program

  1. Download and complete pages 1–3 of the Enrollment Form
  2. Attach a copy of the patient’s insurance card (front and back)

SPEVIGO Bridge Program*

Helps patients start therapy when coverage is delayed by 7 or more days (SPEVIGO SC only). The SPEVIGO Bridge Program may provide a limited supply of SPEVIGO for subcutaneous use for free to eligible patients who are experiencing a coverage delay or denial.

SPEVIGO Patient Assistance Program*

Eligible patients with financial hardship and limited or no prescription coverage may
be able to receive SPEVIGO through the SPEVIGO Patient Assistance Program.

CLINICAL NURSE EDUCATORS

Dedicated contacts for successful onboarding

  • Conduct the Welcome Call, introducing the PSP and available support services
  • Provide follow-up calls including post-infusion check-ins
  • Deliver Virtual Injection Training (SC) and Disease State Training

PATIENT NAVIGATORS

Centralized support team who ensure a smooth journey

  • Update patients on coverage after Benefits Investigation (BI)
  • Coordinate specialty pharmacy shipments
  • Assist in locating infusion centers for IV patients
  • Work closely with Field Reimbursement Managers
  • Review of additional support options for Medicare patients

FIELD REIMBURSEMENT MANAGERS

Access, reimbursement, and office process experts

  • Support offices in navigating access barriers and PSP enrollment
  • Provide overview of benefits information
  • Answer process questions, including prior authorization (PA) appeals processes
  • Assist offices with challenges across the prescription and referral processes
